Q1: Why do we have to do this Enlistment?
Answer: The vendor enlistment system has been implemented to collect, centralize, and credential vendor information. Existing and potential vendors are required to enlist online so we can leverage the single, centralized system to enhance our vendor interactions. Through this enlistment it allows us to understand more about your company and maintain all contact and product information in a single directory.

Q2: Is it a mandatory requirement?
Answer: Yes; to work with bKash you must need to enlist through this system.

Q3: Is there any fee to be enlisted?
Answer: No.

Q4: I don’t have valid business license; can I apply for enlistment?
Answer: No, You need to have required documents to apply for enlistment.

Q5: What are the documents required for enlistment?
Answer: Following documents are required to complete your enlistment:
- Trade License
- VAT Registration Certificate
- e-TIN Certificate
- Updated Bank Solvency Certificate
- Client List
- Experience Certificate
In case of limited company you must have following documents:
- Certificate of incorporation
- Memorandum / Articles of Association (MOA)
- Audited Financial Statement, if applicable

Q6: What if I don’t have all/ some of the mandatory documents?
Answer: You can directly contact through email given in “Contact Us” Tab.

Q7: What are the size limit of documents require to be uploaded?
Answer: Maximum size of each attachment should be 3 MB.

Q8: What is the supply category?
Answer: Supply Category indicates the group of products/ services a supplier can provide/ supply efficiently.

Q9: I disagree with few terms & conditions of Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA); what should I do?
Answer: Please select ‘Partially Agree’ and you will find a box in the information area to write the clauses of your disagreement.

Q10: How does the enlistment process work?
Answer: Please follow the below steps:
Step 1: Navigate to the bKash website and click “Be a Supplier”.
Step 2: If you agree with bKash Business Code of Conduct (BCoC) & Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), then enter basic business information. Create your user name & password and click submit. Please be informed that those information will not be changed in future.
Step 3: If you are identified as a potential supplier, then you will receive a confirmation email to proceed further.
Step 4: Please click on the provided link to continue and complete additional required information. Once you have completed all steps, please submit for final approval.
Step 5: After scrutinizing your information, your enlistment application status will be notified through email.

Q11: How much time I can get to complete my enlistment after getting initial confirmation?
Answer: You must need to complete all steps and submit for approval within 30 days,which otherwise will automatically delete all your information from the system.

Q12: Can I update my information as and when required?
Answer: Yes, to keep your profile updated you may add or edit (without basic information) at any time by logging into the enlistment system using your user ID and password.

Q13: Are my information secured?
Answer: Yes.

Q14: How will I get notified if I am selected/ rejected?
Answer: A notification will be sent to your email in both selected and rejected cases.

Q15: As a foreign company I don’t have the documents you exactly require. How can I apply for enlistment?
Answer: You can directly contact through email given in “Contact Us” Tab.

Q16: How can I recover my password?
Answer: Your password will be sent to your email address.
